Living Room

Being a corner unit, there is a side window in the living room that gives you more light and airflow. The living room has a sleeper sofa, which sleeps two, and a love seat. (Knowing that sleeper sofas aren't as comfortable as a regular bed, we have a pillow top to put on top of the mattress so its nice and comfy.) There is a dining table with four chairs. Our entertainment system includes a new 40" LCD flat screen TV, a DVD player, and a CD player. We have a nice selection of movies on DVD. We have free wifi.

Bedroom

Our bedroom has a king-size bed (two twins connected together in a king-size frame). We are very particular about the bed we sleep in and our comfort is as important to us as it is to you. Our mattresses are Simmons Beautyrest Euro Plush Pillowtops. You will love them! The sheets are 600 thread count from the Hotel Collection and the pillows are 100% down. (We also have non-down pillows in case you are allergic.) The duvet is beautifully done by Calvin Klein. You will be in total comfort while falling asleep to the blissful sound of the ocean!

Kitchen

Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could want, including beautiful china decorated with palm trees, wine glasses, a blender, a toaster,  a microwave, a new glass cook-top/oven, a refrigerator, and all the pots and pans you would need.  

Bathroom

The bathroom has a large tub/shower combination. We put in a new mosaic tile floor and a beautiful new vanity and matching mirror. You will love our ultra-luxurious towels!

Description

Our little sanctuary is a beautifully redecorated, recarpeted, and freshly painted one bedroom/one bath oceanfront condominium at Maalaea Kai in beautiful Maalaea Maui. It has air conditioning! Our unit differs from most condominiums in Maui in that the building is on a cul-de-sac so there is very little vehicle traffic on the street. Also, unlike most condos, you can hear the ocean from the bedroom as well as the living room. Because we are a corner unit, our bedroom has windows on two walls and one of them faces the ocean!

Prices

"High" season in Maui is 12/15 - 4/9 and 11/18 - 11/26. "Low" season is 4/10 - 12/14.

• High Season - $150 per night
• Low Season - $125 per night

The unit sleeps up to four people. Sorry, we don't take pets.

Whale Season

Maalaea is famous for being close to where many whales congregate and play in beautiful Maalaea Bay. You can watch the whales right from our condo! The whales begin returning in October and stay until mid-May. The height of whale season is February and March.
